or the 1947 tilt.
This program is in
GOOD PLUS
condition.
This PROGRAM is
INCREDIBLY SIGNIFICANT
for a multitude of reasons:
* Michigan went on to win the
1947 (and later 1948) National Championship!!!
* The program features 1947 and future All-Americans: Bob Chappuis (consensus), Bob Mann, Len Ford, Bruce Hilkene, Dominic Tomasi, JT White, Dick Kempthorn & Bump Elliott, etc  (UM) and future AA Lloyd Merriman (Stanford)
Before I delve into the flaws, let me share the great things about the condition. The
original staples are solidly holding all pages including the
cover less the center
. The
program is unscored with no writing too!!!!
And
all pages are accounted for
, a must!!!
The less than ideals are: the most noticeable is the multi dog eared bottom right corner. The program has a vertical running center line crease. Otherwise,
normal surface/edge/spine wear as well as normal
handling soiling. Corners are rounded too. The inside pages are all of the same light cream color/aging but there was a side impact which likely caused the longest/top dog ear on that right corner. The back shows the flaws given the white paper stock. Please see pix.
