This is a requirement for all wildlife products coming into the USA regardless if you are a bonded commercial importer like ourselves or an individual purchasing a wildlife item outside the USA.
PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU PURCHASE WILDLIFE ITEMS FROM OTHER SELLERS NOT IN THE USA:
It is the responsibility of the importer or individual to obtain the necessary permit/s before the item/s arrive in the USA.
Upon arrival in the USA the item/s are then required to undergo inspection at a designated US Fish & Wildlife port of entry before you can receive them. This means the seller outside the USA cannot ship the package directly to your address in the USA without first undergoing this inspection in the USA by US Fish & Wildlife.
Failure to adhere to these regulations can result in seizure and /or forfeiture of goods, fines or imprisonment.
This allows our buyers to purchase our products with confidence and peace of mind knowing that all products are already in the USA, we have followed all US Fish & Wildlife, USDA, CITES etc rules and regulations regarding the importation and sale of our wildlife products.
Payment
Please remit payment within 7 days of the auction closing. If payment is not received and arrangements with the seller have not been made in a timely manner, we will be forced to report the item/s as "unpaid" with eBay and relist the item/s.

Shipping
We always endeavor to ship as quickly as possible upon receipt of payment. We ship all packages with full insurance and tracking via USPS or FedEx.
All packages with a value of 0.00 or greater may be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
If you win or purchase multiple items, we are only too happy to combine shipping to save you money. When your purchases are complete we'll weigh the items and e-mail you an invoice with combined shipping charges to your shipping address. Unfortunately the eBay system does not always automatically calculate reduced combined shipping costs so we will need to do this for you. In the event that you have over paid for shipping before a combined invoice is sent out to you we will be glad to refund you for excess shipping paid. The refund will be given the same way payment was made.

Terms of Sale
RETURNS POLICY:
Item must be in original condition and contain all original packaging & accessories.
Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less shipping as outbound shipping fees are non refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back
A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Items that are not returnable will state "Returns not accepted".
We do attempt to inspect and describe our products as carefully as possible, however, in the event that we have missed a flaw or defect in an item please contact us so we can arrange for the item to be returned to us and we will send a prepaid return shipping label. We are always happy to solve a problem amicably before it resorts to a neutral or negative feedback situation so please give us the opportunity to do so.
