    Long commercial letter, typed in French, dealing with an entrepreneur's attempt to develop an export business in iguana skins and the like...Franked with an 8c Colombia national issue, and then Scadta airs along with a 20c overprinted Canal Zone airmail added en route which was required to further transport the letter to Paris.  Dated October 1, 1931, but not reaching Cristobal until June 27, 1932!! Only a partial receiver on rear.
