COLOR-CHANGING DEIONIZATION RESIN – AquaticLife Color-Changing Deionization (DI Resin) physically changes colors as it becomes exhausted, removing the guesswork from the consumption and knowing when it’s time to change it out.
REDUCES TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS TO ZERO – The mixed bed deionization resin is necessary to reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to zero in the final stage of an RO/DI unit. It uses Cation and Anion to remove TDS from water.
PACKED FOR MAXIMUM FRESHNESS AND EFFICACY – Our color-changing DI resin comes packed in clear plastic bags that are vacuum-sealed inside foil-lined Mylar bags to preserve quality and for maximum freshness, ultimate effectiveness, and shelf life.
DESIGNED TO REFILL DI CARTRIDGES – This DI resin refill has been designed to be used with one of our refillable DI cartridges. Refilling cartridges is much more economical than throwing away exhausted cartridges.

As water passes through the mixed-bed resin, the cations (positive) and anions (negative) remove the Total Dissolved Solids from the water.
