Reclaimed/Used Hardwood Maple MFMA 2nd & Better Court Flooring NEVER NAILED.  This High Grade  beautiful Vintage Sugar Maple Flooring came from a racquetball court that was floated in 1992 with a clip and sleeper system.
There were NO NAILES USED ON THE PLANKS.
It has an existing polyurethane coating and painted lines.  Great care is being taken in the removal to preserve the tongue, edges and faces.   All the boards shown loose in the main section are in very good condition! There are the obvious wear marks of years of playing but the usage wasn't very high. This commercial quality flooring measures 25/32 in thick and that gives sanding potential to finish with 3/4 inch boards that are being sold elsewhere..  Over the course of the life of the racquetball facility the floors were sanded once and urethane applied 2 times.  According to the MFMA (Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association) the flooring has roughly 90-95% of it's life left.  I'm selling this lot of 252 sq ft (14' x 18)

This sale is "AS IS and PICK UP ONLY.  The wood is loose and laying in the racquetball court.  The buyer will have to move it to their own vehicle and load it themselves. The sale is only for the maple wood.  The metal sleepers and clips are not included.
