This is a offering for our new DRIFTWOOD GRAY color hand rubbed oil finish, prefinished pine flooring. We offer it both distressed and non distressed. No one foot pieces here, 80 percent of each order will be a full 8 foot long. Nothing under 4 foot long, longer boards make a tighter fitting floor. a 32 year old company  specializing in wide plank heart pine flooring produced right here in America by hard working Americans, this is not some cheap imported toxic floor from China.  Our

We offer our flooring prefinished in a traditional style, a aged distressed style and our saw top style. This flooring is our

select grade
flooring
not the # 2 utility grade that some companies try to pass off as flooring.
It is mostly longleaf southern yellow new growth heart pine flooring. It was recently harvested from old growth pine plantations.  The mature longleaf yellow pine is the hardest of all the American pine species,
with a janka hardness of
870
compared to red pines 560 and white pines 380.
The flooring is a solid 3/4" thick tongue and groove, kiln dried, has stress relief grooves on the back side, and comes in all long lengths, mostly 7 and 8 footers, very few if any shorts. Longer lengths make a tighter floor.
We
guarantee no blue stain
ever
, blue stain is a defect that a lot of companies will tell you that its a seasonal problem and will pass it on to there customers, in fact it is just a sign of bad quality control, and is a cheaper grade of wood.
We manufacturer this floor with traditional square edges, it does not have the dirt catching micro bevels. All knot holes and most imperfections are filled with a very durable  epoxy putty. At this time we are offering this floor in a

We finish our floors with a hard oil finish. Hard oil finishes have been used for years throughout Europe and hold up longer and better than any of the poly finishes.  Oil finishes are used extensively in commercial applications because of there long life and easy touch ups if scratches should occur.

is as follows 6" wide is only 4.75 sq.ft. and 8" is 4.85 sq.ft.
