◾We start with locally sourced eastern white pine lumber that is milled and kiln dried to our specs.
◾We are located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, where lumber happens to be in abundance.  By purchasing in bulk weekly, we are able to turn out a hand made quality product in our workshop at an attractive price point.
◾This is our full time job and has been for 6 year.  We make rustic and urban Farmhouse style wide plank flooring, shiplap, exterior siding, trim, molding, and other wood products like shutters, window boxes, and fireplace mantles in 9 different finishes
◾Finish Choices
Carraige House
this Is our lightest finish and closely resembles a completely sanded & polied antique floor.  Each board still has its individual character and overall "hue"
Hayloft
This is just like our Farmhouse finish without the drama of the "darker/blacker" knots.  Its just more of a uniform finish allowing the different stains to naturally bring out the colors of the knots.
Farmhouse
By far our most popular.  Light areas, dark areas, everything.  The boards look like they were ripped up from an old factory.  The different tones of browns tend to go with everything and pull together mix matched wood furniture
Boxcar
This is our darkest finish.  Heavy walnut overtones as if these boards came from an old factory cart or rail road car.  Stunning if you are trying to ground a large open space.
Chestnut
A new addition to our line up is providing to be rather popular.  It has deep rich undertones and the only way to describe it is like an old general store or hardware store.
Ciderhouse
A great urban feel with deep cherry & mahogany red undertones.  I copied the finish from an 1870s italianate floor in Washington County, Ny.
Barnboard
Barnboard is not a finish.  Its simply a mix of our boxcar, chestnut, and ciderhouse finishes.  We send a mix of boards so you can create a random patchwork pattern on your floor of different colors.  It really looks like you used old reclaimed boards were no 2 were never going to be the same.  Infant, you can mix an match any of our finished to create a custom look
Weathered Grey
Looks like you ripped the boards off an old weather-beat house and stuck it in your space.  Other than the color with bits of natural color coming through, the board itself is all the character it needs.
Tobacco Barn
Structures that were left unfished turned black over time.  In our area its not uncommon to see an old dilapidated barn where the boards have turned almost black over time from being out in the elements.  Well, we recreated that look.

✔Designed & hand finished to look authentically old, there will be little gaps, spaces, knots, cracks, dings, holes, chips, dark spots, light spots, cupping, bowing, creaking, moving, & wear spots.

✔Our flooring will feel like you are on the second floor of an old barn or in a 200 year old Farmhouse
✔This is real solid 3/4" thick tongue & groove wide plank boards.
✔Ready to install with 2 coats of poly already applied.
✔We recommend you roll on an additional coat of minwax floor poly after it is installed to seal innthe the nooks & crannies.
✔This floor is simply maintained for life with minwax touch up stain.
